Here at AJ Bikes we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.

New items for Returns

Please contact us before hand, and make sure your items follow the criteria below.

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in original packaging.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • Goods must be sent with original invoice number.

Damaged, Faulty or Broken Goods

All goods purchased from AJ Bikes are coved by a full warranty. The warranty is 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc.

If you feel that the product you have purchased from AJ Bikes has developed a fault then, please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved over the phone and at a quicker pace.

If you do need to send the item back then please follow these steps.

Please Clean the item from any grease, muck or oil.

Please quote original invoice number

Postage

All items which are purchased before 4:00 will be sent out same working day. (Depending on stock)

Items purchased after 4:00 or on Saturday will be sent out next possible working day.

Delivery times can vary, depending on the goods you are buying. Most items will be sent on over night delivery, you should receive these goods next day.
